Lurn to rite

Jeez, I don't know where to start with this one. You often hear people on the news commenting on how exams are getting easier and standards are slipping. Well today, through our letterbox, we were delivered proof of their claims.

It was one of those standard double glazing leaflets, on which the salesman had made a note saying that as we were previous customers of theirs, he would give us 40% off. All fair enough, but would you part with your money on the basis of this...

Let me retype that in all it's glory (I'll preserve the original spelling and capitalisation):

"I Came ARounD ABOUT YOUR POUCH AS YOU A OlD CUSTeMUR WE Will Give YO 40% OFF"

Right, let me just go get my cheque book.......

You have to be joking,

I understand that amongst us edumacated people there are illiterate people who amaze me when they tie their own shoe laces; living in Medway i have met most of them.

It is all well and good to say you run a business and make all this money, but them you try and drum up business using a written on leaflet which looks like monkey wrote it is crazy, no offense to monkeys are they can be pretty smart.

I think the only reason the misspelling of words bothers people like you so much is because of programming and coding which leads to immaculately spelling the wrong version of colour (color), in a way spelling has always been a strong point of mine which leaves me to wonder why the government wants these people to be anything more than labourers and McDonalds employees.
